Great experience with attentive service
friendly staff daily cleaning fun slides
The staff members were friendly and helpful. Their positive attitude enhanced my stay. Daily room cleaning was provided alongside fresh water. I found the slides quite fun. This added excitement to my visit.

limited option overworked staff
i'm honestly annoyed. the food was not good. it was mostly the same everyday. egyptian options seemed really limited for people who aren't egyptian, especially if you're south asian. plus, there weren't enough people working at reception. staff seemed stressed and overworked. i think they need more staff there. the whole experience felt kinda cheap because they were focused on attracting rude russians.

private beach useful kitchen inclusive drinks
the apartment included its own kitchen , which i found useful for preparing snacks. the all-inclusive drinks and food were available at the beach restaurant. i was able to easily reach the private beach with a short walk.
the hotel's gym only had basic equipment , it was not as extensive as i expected.

mixed feelings about the stay
rude pool staff late slides opening
the rooms were big. that was ok
The pool staff acted rudely sometimes. they didn't open the water slides when scheduled. You had to argue to get them to open at all. this was frustrating.
